1. Husk Savannah
After the success of their Charleston location, Husk opened its doors in June 2024, serving up elevated Southern fare. Upon entering Husk Savannah, you’ll find a bright and inviting space that beautifully combines modern touches with the historic charm of our 1890s building. Their menu, which changes regularly, reflects their dedication to local suppliers and showcases the rich bounty of the region. Enjoy a wide selection from our raw bar and seafood program, featuring up to ten varieties of regional oysters from the East Coast. Serving dinner, happy hour and Sunday Brunch. 2. Flora and Fauna
When Savannah’s Back in the Day Bakery went up for sale, chef Brandon Carter, the building was an opportunity to continue its legacy. Carter decided to add it to his impressive portfolio of restaurants, which includes Common Thread, FARM, Wildflower Cafe, and Strangebird.
With renowned pastry chef Annie Coleman by his side, the vision for the new space, Flora and Fauna, started to take shape. So in June of 2024, Flora and Fauna opened up in June 2024 with a bakery along with lunch and dinner options. Weekday mornings feature light breakfast items. Weekends offer a more extensive brunch menu with waffles and biscuit sandwiches. Lunch focuses on sandwiches, sides, soups, and salads, transitioning to a family-style supper club in the evenings.

3. Late Air
Opening in July 2024, Late Air is a cozy neighborhood, located where Bull St. and Victory Dr. meet. They offer a constantly changing selection of natural wines by the glass and bottle, paired with an à la carte menu of seasonal small plates. The menu changes to reflect what is available in season.
