The Savannah International Trade & Convention Center is hosting a day full of cooking classes and demos so guests can learn how to make their own fancy meals. With everything from seminars on southern dishes to grill demonstrations, the epicurean learning experiences are perfect for anyone foodie that wants to create their own specialties.
The 2015 Epicurean Learning Experiences at the Savannah Food and Wine Festival have not yet been announced. Below is a list of the events that happened in 2014.
Mastering the Art of Southern Cooking – a cooking demo with Nathalie Dupree & Cynthia Graubart.
Cabernet & Beef – a cooking demo with Master Sommelier Larry O’Brien and Jackson Family Wines & Hunter Cattle Co.
South in Your Mouth – learn how the make the best Southern food with chefs Sallie Ann Robinson, Joe Randall and Virginia Willis as Damon Lee Fowler moderates the fun class.
Bourbonistas – That’s right, Bourbonistas. Expect Four Roses Bourbon, Virgil Kaine Bourbon and so much more.
Big Green Egg Grilling Demo – Join the Food Network’s chef Linkie Marais and Master Beer Sommelier Marc Stroobandt as they show guests how to make a meal with a grill.
Big Green Egg Grilling Demo – This time chef Lenny McNab, known as the Food Network’s Gourmet Cowboy will take the stage with with Marita Esteva to share a little of their knowledge with attendees.
