A part of Savannah’s Black Heritage Festival, The Telfair Museum’s Jepson Center for the Arts will present W. W. Law Lecture I, “The Weeping Time” on February 11 at 6:30 p.m.  Otis S. Johnson, Ph.D., Scholar-in-Residence, Savannah State University, examines the cause and impact of the largest slave sale in U.
