Latin Cuisine Fuses with Southern Style Cooking with Food Network 2011 Extreme Chef Winner at Savannah Food & Wine Festival! The Savannah River Queen Riverboat will play host to a newly added event during the inaugural food and wine festival and two very special guests chef Anthony Lamas, from Seviche Restaurant in Louisville, Kentucky and host vintner, Joy Sterling.
The two will create the ultimate experience in a fusion of southern style cooking and Latin cuisine. Wines exclusively from Iron Horse Vineyards in California will be served. The Riverboat Wine Cruise will guide a select group of lucky foodies and wine lovers down the Savannah River with a sumptuous feast and the event at 8 p.m., immediately after the River Street Wine Stroll.
