Savannah Children’s Museum, 655 Louisville Rd. Exploring coastal Georgia through play! 10 a.m.-4 p.m. $7.50 per person ages 1 and older.
Hours School Year Hours Sun: 11 am – 4 pm Mon: Closed Tues-Sat: 10 am – 4 pm
The Fun Stuff: All of the exhibits in our children’s museum are meant to be touched, climbed on, rolled under and run through. By nature they take a lot of wear and tear and need new items regularly to keep them fresh. Furthermore, your support helps us to continue developing new educational (and fun!) programs for our community’s littlest learners that focus on science, literacy, art and fitness…the building blocks of a smart start in life. In just our first year of operation alone, SCM has served over 27,000 children through field trips, camps, and daily visitation and we’re eager to reach even more!
The Not-So-Fun Stuff: Besides the exhibits and programs, Savannah Children’s Museum has bills to pay! Utilities, insurance, and maintenance all add up but are an important part of keeping our museum safe and beautiful.
Ten-dollar contributions can go a long way… but just think about what 1000 members x 10 friends x $10 can equal!!!
