September 25-28: The AMT Masquers theatre troupe continues its Fall theatre season with The Mystery of Irma Vep: A Penny Dreadful, Charles Ludlam’s comic parody of Gothic melodramas in which a sympathetic werewolf, a vampire, and an Egyptian princess brought to life when her tomb is opened make this a comedy that has everything… but you. Obtain your tickets to this fast-paced spoof before they’re all gone. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday performances are at 7:30 p.m. (Sunday matinee at 3 p.m.) in Armstrong Jenkins Hall Theater. Regular reserved-seating admission, $12. Discounts available to U.S. military, senior citizens, alumni association members, and non-Armstrong students/children.
