As the name of the event “AquaCurean” implies water and epicurean, this event will showcase Mediterranean inspired cuisine and bring together some of the best seafood and hand-crafted spirits over a three-day celebration, August 25-28, 2016. With seminars, the Chef’s Showcase and Aquacurean Challenge, as well as a Fresh Catch & Cocktails Brunch, Aquacurean celebrates seafood at the The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa unlike any other.
The Chef’s Showcase will take a culinary trip throughout the Mediterranean region, an uncompromised five-course journey highlighting the talents of some of the best chef’s from around the country. Along with tasting and cocktail samplings, the AquaCurean Challenge includes a seafood recipe competition and a hand-crafted cocktail competition. Patrons can vote for their favorites as we crown a champion from the “best of the best.”
