On September 24, 2016, the 3rd Annual Savannah ®T.E.A.L. Walk will kick off at Lake Mayer Track, 1850 E. Montgomery Crossroads, at 8:30 a.m. (as September is National Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month). The ®T.E.A.L. Walk celebrates the courage of Ovarian Cancer survivors and the strength of the families who’ve been touched by the disease, while spreading awareness to the general public and raising money for research. Participants of our ®T.E.A.L. Walk include survivors, caregivers, families, friends and the general public who come together to raise awareness of and promote a cure for Ovarian Cancer. Throughout the day, there is entertainment along with educational booths and fun activities for the whole family.
The walk is non-competitive. This event is rain or shine! Online Registration (closes 9/16) is $15 and Late Registration (day of walk) is $20. For more information, contact (917) 310-4835, [email protected], or go to tealwalk.org/savannah.
