Get ready bacon lovers for the 4th Annual Savannah Bacon Fest on River Street, Sept. 1-4, 2017! Select local restaurants will serve up all kinds of mouthwatering bacon creations, so head down to the river for a good time with live entertainment and all kinds of goodies!
Bacon Fest welcomes award-winning Alabama performers Sweet Tea Trio to the Rousakis Plaza Stage Saturday evening, Sept. 2. This is your chance to catch this amazing group before they embark on their tour with Kid Rock and Robert Randolph. If you happened to see their CMA performance from Nashville in June, you know River Street is in for a real treat! On Sept. 2, Bobby Lee Rodgers takes the stage with local musician/songwriter Andrew Gill. Rodgers founded the legendary southern band The Codetalkers and now tours regularly with Widspread Panic, Bob Weir, Government Mule and others. Rounding out the live music line-up on the Rousakis Stage: A Nickel Bag of Funk; Liquid Ginger; Danielle Hicks & The Resistance; and The Isaac Smith Band.
