The Savannah Folk Music Festival returns for the 26th year, gathering the community together to celebrate all things folk with an assortment of events that are all free and open to the public! Check out the musical diversity in Savannah with their opening night Folkfest in Ellis Square, their youth songwriting competition and workshop or their Old Time Country Dance on Saturday at the Grayson Stadium, 14 E Victory Dr.
In support of the Festival, instruments, generously donated by the Gretsch Foundation have been painted, carved and sculpted by Savannah’s most creative and talented artists to be sold at the silent auction on Friday, October 9 and Sunday, October 11 in Ellis Square and Grayson Stadium.
