Have you ever wanted to walk on the Lucas Theatre stage? Now you can! Tours of the Lucas Theatre are available most days. Availability is occasionally limited by event requirements. Help the Hoo-Hahs will be hosting the 2nd Annual 5K Walk/Run benefiting women with gynecological cancers. The track is a flat course around Hutchinson Island and the race begins at the parking lot of the Savannah Trade and Convention Center at 8 a.m. The race is open to individuals of all ages. Jogging strollers and dogs on leashes are welcome. Cash prizes will be awarded to top finishers. September is National Gynecological Cancer Awareness Month and 1 in every 20 women will be diagnosed with a GYN cancer in their lifetime.
